External Policies

  • Customer quality policy. The company motto is “customer quality service is our duty.” The company will insure that quality service will be provided to its customers in a satisfactory manner. 
  • Health and Security policy. The company is mutual concerning with the health and security of its customers immediately after landing to the negotiated place as the Company advices their customers to arrange with travel insurance during tours so as to be in a safe side during the whole time of safari as scheduled. However the company will make sure that there is convenient health and safe environment during safari by having accessible communication with flying doctors if needed.

  • Cancellation policy

The company will consider the refund of agreed amount of money for tour if any cancellation of trip or whatsoever is made within four months 100%,

25% of agreed payment will be deducted, if the cancellation of tour will be within three months.

 50% of agreed payment will be deducted, if the cancellation is within two months.

75% of agreed payment will be deducted and if the cancellation is bellow one month or no show, the 100% or full agreed amount will be taken.

  • Privacy and Confidentiality. The company is respecting the privacy and confidentiality of customers and it shall not expose any information of its customer unless required by legal authority and will be on consultation with the concerned customer.

  • Payment policy. The company payment will be through bank transaction and Wire transfer or online payment(Pesapal) and the link and all other bank account details will be provided by the company management.
  • To confirm the any  booking for safari: We require 30 % of the total amount and the final payment of 70% due in 30 days before any tour or Safari.
  • Disciplinary policy. The company will be a front line on adherence of rules and laws of the country and to educate its customers to abide laws, and also to know their rights during trips.
